BFCS founder Jonathan Foster examines the criticism and praise of Michael Bay. Read it here.

Christopher Schneider's 100 UNDERAPPRECIATED FILMS

I started this project nearly two years ago. I watched tons of films that I had never heard of, that my friends here at the BFCS had never seen, and that I remembered loving, but no one else seemed to care for. It’s been a long road, and coming up with 100 titles that I truly feel are missing the following they deserve (without resorting to nerdy fandom), was much harder than I thought it would be. They had to be movies with formal value or bring something to the table people either missed or never expected. While my short evaluations of each film barely scratch the surface, their purpose is to persuade you to add one or two of them to your Netfilx queue.

I’m looking forward to your feedback and we’ll try and post some of the comments. Perhaps we can do an Honorable Mention List based solely on write-in recommendations. The goal is to encourage people to watch more movies, but especially ones they might have passed over.
